The THRIVE Program in College Park, MD, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals living with or at risk for HIV and Hepatitis C. We offer a comprehensive range of outpatient ambulatory health services, including primary care and specialized HIV care, designed to meet our community’s urgent needs. Our compassionate medical case management, available both in-clinic and in the community, ensures that each person receives personalized support. In addition to medical and mental health care, we provide substance abuse treatment, including opioid use disorder support with Suboxone® prescriptions. Our services also extend to nutritional therapy, access to food through our food bank and home-delivered meals, as well as crucial legal assistance. To further support our clients, we offer transportation tokens, help with health insurance copays, and emergency financial assistance for medications.
