Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization in Crofton, MD, committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence through a transformative three-step program. This free program serves women and children in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, offering comprehensive services that include counseling, parenting education, nutrition education, essential life skills, financial literacy, and computer classes. Participants engage in workshops that address critical topics such as the roots and effects of domestic violence, finding God’s purpose in their lives, and healing relationships, all while accessing a robust support network designed to uplift and guide them. Additionally, our After Care Program provides ongoing spiritual and emotional support alongside practical workshops, ensuring that attendees have the resources needed for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. Childcare is available, making it easier for participants to focus on their recovery and growth. Each quarter, we aim to serve up to 50 women and 15 children, fostering a welcoming environment where healing and hope can flourish.
