Located in Damascus, MD, CCI Health Services' Medical Care program is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and affordable primary care for all ages. Our services include well-care for children and adults, management of acute and chronic conditions including HIV and gynecology, routine immunizations, family planning health care, and counseling. We offer valuable diabetes education and nutrition counseling available in both English and Spanish, as well as behavioral health counseling for individuals and families. CCI understands the importance of holistic care, which is why we provide additional resources like preventive dental services, nutrition assessments, and chronic disease management.
