MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Damascus, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and given access to tailored weight management options that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of support services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home messaging and clinician contact. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, alongside options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges.
