Our comprehensive services include outpatient ambulatory health care, specialized medical case management, mental health support, and outpatient treatment for substance use disorders. We also offer personalized medical nutritional therapy and access to our food bank for those in need, including home-delivered meals. Additional resources include legal services, transportation assistance through public transport tokens, support with health insurance premiums, and emergency financial aid for necessary medications.
