MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Derwood, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management solutions that reflect their unique needs and goals. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, personalized telephone coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient at-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app also empowers Veterans to take control of their weight journey independently. For those facing ongoing challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
