Located in Derwood, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to empowering individuals affected by Hepatitis C and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) through comprehensive prevention, treatment, and management services. We offer a range of essential support including outpatient health services, tailored medical case management, mental health care, and targeted substance abuse treatment to help those struggling with opioid use disorder. Our approach also includes medical nutritional therapy, access to a food bank, and home-delivered meals to ensure our clients have the nourishment they need. In addition, we provide crucial services such as legal assistance, transportation options, health insurance premium support, and emergency financial assistance for medications.
