Located in District Heights, MD, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed for cancer survivors who have completed treatment, focusing primarily on those who finished within the last 24 months. Our mission is to empower individuals during their survivorship journey by offering a comprehensive approach that includes nutritional support, customized exercise plans, and education on emotional health and medical management. We believe that every survivor deserves guidance, compassion, and resources as they navigate life after cancer, and our program aims to provide meaningful support at any stage of their recovery.
