Located in District Heights, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and management of critical health conditions such as Hepatitis C and HIV. Our comprehensive services include outpatient primary care and specialty care focused on HIV, alongside robust medical case management tailored to individual needs. We prioritize mental health support and offer outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, including access to Suboxone® prescriptions. Additionally, our program features medical nutritional therapy with expert consultations and provides essential food assistance through our food bank and home-delivered meals. We also offer vital support through legal services, public transportation tokens, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial aid for medications.
