Time to Fly is a compassionate organization based in Dundalk, MD, dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence through comprehensive faith-based counseling and training programs. Our free 3 Step program serves women and children in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland, focusing on restoring self-worth and identity. Participants benefit from a wealth of resources including counseling, parenting education, nutrition education, daily life skills, financial management, and computer skills. As part of our workshops, clients explore vital topics such as the roots of domestic violence and how to navigate the healing process with spiritual and emotional support. Additionally, our After Care Program addresses ongoing needs with life-skills training and access to referral networks for housing, childcare, and employment assistance, ensuring holistic support for each participant. Childcare is provided, and we welcome up to 50 women and 15 children per session, holding trainings quarterly to uphold our mission of fostering resilience and hope.
