Our mission encompasses a holistic approach to care, offering essential medical case management, mental health support, and substance use treatment, including innovative therapies for opioid use disorder. We prioritize nutritional health with professional culinary consultations and provide emergency food assistance through our food bank and home-delivered meals. Additionally, we assist with transportation needs, help cover health insurance premiums, and offer emergency financial assistance for medications.
