Home Delivered Meals in Edgewater, MD, is dedicated to supporting individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses who struggle to access, afford, or prepare nutritious meals. We provide medically tailored meals and additional services at no cost to those in need throughout Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties. Our program delivers up to 18 healthy meals weekly, along with a bag of up to 5 servings of fresh fruit and produce, ensuring our clients receive the nourishment they require. Each delivery is accompanied by a friendly visit, offering companionship and reassurance to those who may feel isolated. To join our Home Delivered Meals Program, individuals must be referred by their primary care provider using our meal application forms.
