Each participant is paired with a compassionate, one-on-one Mental Health Coordinator, receiving tailored support that includes access to our engaging Day Program, which promotes social interaction and coping skills, as well as our Health and Wellness Program focused on holistic well-being. We also offer convenient virtual and telehealth appointments to ensure ongoing assistance. Our Care Coordinators are committed to connecting consumers with critical resources, addressing needs related to mental health, substance abuse, homelessness, and employment, ultimately fostering a path toward full integration into the community.
