Home Delivered Meals in Edgewood, MD, is dedicated to serving individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses that hinder their ability to access, afford, or prepare medically appropriate meals. Our compassionate program offers medically nutritious meals at no cost to our neighbors in need across Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties, reaching as far as 140 miles from our N. Milton Avenue kitchen. Each week, we deliver up to 18 healthy meals, along with a bag of 5 servings of fresh fruits and produce, ensuring clients receive essential nutrition. Beyond food, our volunteers provide a friendly visit and a warm hug, reminding often-isolated individuals that they are valued and cared for. To receive our meals, clients must be referred by their primary care provider, using either the Ryan White referral form or other meal program referrals.
