Senior Food Baskets is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to seniors in Edgewood, MD, ensuring they receive nutritious support through our monthly distribution program. Every fourth Thursday, our compassionate team comes together at 9:00 am in McComas Hall to pack a variety of groceries, including proteins, non-perishable items, and fresh fruits and vegetables. With a reach extending to 250 seniors in need, our drivers then deliver these thoughtfully prepared food baskets between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm directly to their homes, fostering a sense of community and care for our elderly friends.
