The Mobile Market Veggie Van, a collaborative initiative by the LindaBen Foundation and the Howard County Executive Office, is dedicated to enhancing nutrition in Elkridge, MD, by providing affordable and accessible fresh produce to community members. Operating twice a month, this mobile food assistance program offers small bundles for $15 and large bundles for $25, designed to cater to families of various sizes. In addition to fresh fruits and vegetables, we offer essential services like diapers, toiletries, and pantry items, alongside valuable nutritional education and healthy recipe ideas—all at no extra cost. To ensure availability, we encourage pre-ordering of food bundles. Join us on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month as we strive to meet the urgent nutritional needs of our community through this ongoing initiative, which will run until June 2024.
