Located in Elkton, MD, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families through practical financial assistance. Our program provides essential funding for a range of medical and non-medical costs, covering items such as prescriptions, medical supplies, durable medical equipment, home and vehicle modifications, and daily living expenses including food and utilities. We understand the challenges families face and are here to help ease those burdens by offering grants of up to $500 per family, per year. Requests are prioritized based on the order received, and we aim to review submissions within 15 business days. Together, we strive to ensure that families receive the support they need to enhance their quality of life and navigate their health care journeys with greater ease.
