Time to Fly is a compassionate, faith-based organization located in Ellicott City, MD, dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence to reclaim their self-worth and identity through comprehensive support. Our free 3 Step program serves women and children across Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland, offering vital resources including counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial education, and computer classes. Participants engage in workshops that address the roots and effects of domestic violence, the importance of speaking out, and discovering God’s plan for their lives, alongside learning proven steps for healing relationships. Additionally, our After Care Program fulfills spiritual, emotional, and practical needs, featuring life skills workshops and access to critical referral networks for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. With a commitment to serving up to 50 women and 15 children each quarter, we ensure that every client experiences a supportive community and childcare during all sessions.
