At the THRIVE Program in Essex, MD, we are dedicated to preventing, treating, and managing illnesses such as Hepatitis C and HIV through comprehensive outpatient services. Our mission encompasses primary care, specialized HIV care, and holistic support that includes medical case management and mental health care. We also offer essential substance abuse treatment for opioid use disorder, complete with Suboxone® prescriptions, and medical nutritional therapy through personalized consultations. To further support our clients, we provide access to a food bank and home-delivered meals, along with additional services like transportation assistance, legal aid, and health insurance premium help.
