Home Delivered Meals in Forest Hill, MD is dedicated to serving individuals with critical and life-threatening illnesses who struggle to access, afford, or prepare nutritionally appropriate meals. Our mission is to provide no-cost, medically nutritious meals through our Home-Delivered Meals Program, reaching those in need throughout Baltimore City and 14 Maryland counties, some as far as 140 miles from our kitchen. We deliver up to 18 healthy meals per week, along with bags of fresh fruit and produce, ensuring our clients receive both nourishment and a sense of community support. Each delivery also includes a friendly visit, offering warmth and care to those who may feel isolated. To benefit from our services, clients must be referred by their primary care provider.
