Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization located in Frostburg, MD, committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence to rediscover their self-worth and identity. Our comprehensive, free 3 Step program serves women and children throughout Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, offering essential services such as counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial literacy workshops, computer classes, and spiritual support. Through our workshops, participants gain insights into the roots of domestic violence, its effects, and ways to initiate their healing journey while discovering God's plan for their lives. Our After Care Program further supports these transformative efforts by addressing spiritual, emotional, and practical needs, including life-skills workshops and access to vital resources like housing, childcare, and employment assistance. With childcare available, we serve up to 50 women and 15 children per quarterly session, connecting individuals with a supportive network and enabling them to thrive beyond their past experiences.
