MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Gaithersburg, MD, by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and guided to personalized weight management solutions tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed weight management. For Veterans who have not achieved their weight loss goals with these options, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
