The Hughes Mid County Consolidation Hub, based in Germantown, MD, is a compassionate initiative created through the partnership between Hughes United Methodist Church and the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services. Dedicated to responding to the urgent needs of our community, we offer vital food assistance and access to essential items for individuals and families affected by the pandemic. Each Tuesday at 10:30 AM, we host drive-in and walk-in food distributions, ensuring that everyone has the nourishment they need. Additionally, we provide diaper distributions on a monthly basis, available by appointment to guarantee access for those in need. Our goal is to alleviate hardship and foster well-being in our community, welcoming all who seek help.
