Based in Gwynn Oak, MD, CORE is dedicated to assisting families in the restaurant industry who are facing financial hardships due to medical emergencies or illnesses. We understand the unique challenges that food and beverage service employees encounter, especially when children are involved. Our program offers financial assistance that can help cover essential expenses, including rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, and childcare costs. We aim to provide a lifeline, ensuring that families can meet their children's basic needs during difficult times. CORE is committed to supporting our community with a maximum lifetime cap of $7,500 per recipient, allowing former grant recipients to reapply after a 12-month interval for ongoing challenges or new qualifying circumstances. Together, we work to ensure that no family has to face these challenges alone.
