Located in Gwynn Oak, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by Hepatitis C and HIV through comprehensive health services that include outpatient ambulatory care, medical case management, and mental health support. We understand the urgency of our mission, offering substance abuse treatment, including assistance with opioid use disorder, along with vital services such as medical nutritional therapy and food assistance through our food bank and home-delivered meals. In addition, we provide transportation support, help with health insurance premiums, and emergency financial assistance for medications, ensuring that our clients have access to the resources they need to thrive in their health and wellbeing.
