Home Delivered Meals in Halethorpe, MD, is dedicated to serving individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses who struggle to access, afford, or prepare nutritious meals. Our program provides medically tailored meals at no cost to those in need across Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties, extending our reach as far as 140 miles from our North Milton Avenue kitchen. Each week, we deliver up to 18 healthy meals along with a bag of fresh fruit and produce to ensure our clients receive the essential nutrition they need. Beyond just food, we offer a friendly visit and a warm hug, reminding often-isolated individuals that they are valued and cared for. To benefit from our services, clients must be referred by their primary care provider, and meal applications can be submitted using the Ryan White referral form or other meal program referrals.
