Time to Fly, located in Hampstead, MD, is a dedicated faith-based organization committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence. We understand the challenges faced by women and children in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland, and we provide a compassionate, structured 3 Step program designed to help them rebuild their self-worth and identity. Our offerings include counseling, parenting education, nutrition education, daily life skills, financial literacy, and computer classes within a supportive network that emphasizes spiritual growth and system navigation. Through our workshops, participants explore the roots of domestic violence, the impact of abuse, and steps toward healing, with a focus on God's plan for their lives and relationships. Additionally, our After Care Program extends support with life-skills workshops and access to vital resources for housing, childcare, and employment assistance, ensuring comprehensive care for our clients. With childcare provided, we are equipped to serve up to 50 women and 15 children each quarter, fostering a transformative community that uplifts and inspires.
