We provide free bundles of fresh fruits and vegetables along with comprehensive nutrition counseling to empower individuals in their wellness journeys. Our offerings include an initial 45-minute assessment to identify unique nutritional needs, followed by regular 20-minute coaching sessions that help participants stay on track, celebrate their successes, and address challenges. Additionally, we create tailored food plans specifically designed for those at risk or living with chronic diseases, ensuring personalized support and guidance for every participant.
