Home Delivered Meals serves individuals in Hanover, MD, who face critical and life-threatening illnesses that limit their ability to access, afford, or prepare nutritious meals. Our mission is to provide medically appropriate meals and supportive services at no cost to those in need. We deliver up to 18 healthy meals each week, along with a weekly bag of fresh fruits and produce, to our clients in Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties, extending our reach up to 140 miles from our N. Milton Avenue kitchen. In addition to nutritious food, our dedicated team offers friendly visits to help combat isolation, ensuring that our clients feel valued and cared for. To participate in our Home Delivered Meals program, individuals must be referred by their primary care provider. We are committed to nourishing not just bodies but also hearts within our community.
