Located in Hanover, MD, Individual Shelter is dedicated to providing urgent support through our emergency shelter, which accommodates up to 18 individuals at a time and serves 55 to 75 people annually. Each resident is paired with a primary counselor or case manager who collaborates with them to create a personalized housing plan, addressing essential needs such as employment, financial management, addiction recovery, psychiatric care, training, and GED preparation. We strive to offer comprehensive support, ensuring that every resident receives the resources they need to rebuild their lives and achieve self-sufficiency.
