Located in Hanover, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals affected by Hepatitis C and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Offering a comprehensive suite of services, we prioritize outpatient ambulatory health care, including both primary care and specialized HIV treatment. Our team provides invaluable medical case management, mental health support, and outpatient substance abuse services, focusing on opioid use disorder with options like Suboxone® prescriptions. We also recognize the importance of nutrition in recovery and offer medical nutritional therapy alongside food assistance through our food bank and home-delivered meals. Additional resources include legal services, transportation assistance, support with health insurance premium costs, and emergency financial aid for medications, all designed to empower our clients on their path to health and stability.
