Harm Reduction Community Outreach, located in Havre De Grace, MD, is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating the legal challenges associated with solicitation and sex work. Our Advocacy and Legal Help program provides essential services, including legal advice, letters to probation officers, support for pre-sentencing reports, and assistance with re-entry and record expungement.
