The Community Place Cafe Food Assistance Program (CPCFAP) in Hyattsville, MD, is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity for families and individuals in need, including the homeless and those on the brink of homelessness. Partnering with 32 faith-based organizations, our mission is to provide essential support through supermarket gift cards to qualified heads of households facing difficult times.
