Simple Cooking with Heart, part of the YMCA's Culinary and Nutrition Education program in Hyattsville, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of SNAP-eligible residents by providing essential cooking and nutrition education. Our four-week classes empower families with practical skills that promote healthier meal planning and preparation. Participants not only gain access to invaluable resources but also receive two complimentary bags of fresh produce delivered to their homes during the course.
