Home Delivered Meals, based in Jessup, MD, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses that hinder their ability to prepare or afford nutritious meals. Through our compassionate service, we deliver medically tailored meals at no cost to those in need across Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties, some reaching as far as 140 miles from our kitchen. Each week, participants receive up to 18 healthy meals alongside a bag of 5 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring balanced nutrition. More than just sustenance, our program offers a welcoming visit to help combat isolation and remind clients that they are valued and cared for. To access our services, clients must be referred by their primary care provider. We welcome referrals through our meal application forms, ensuring that help reaches those who need it most.
