Located in Joppa, MD, the THRIVE Program provides specialized support for individuals living with HIV and Hepatitis C by offering comprehensive outpatient health services, including primary and specialty care. Our dedicated team ensures that clients receive personalized medical case management and access to essential mental health care. We address the critical needs of our community by providing substance abuse treatment for opioid use disorder, including Suboxone® prescriptions, as well as medical nutritional therapy and home-delivered meals through our food bank initiative. Additionally, we offer essential transportation services, assistance with health insurance copays, and emergency financial aid for medications.
