At the THRIVE Program in Joppa, MD, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals affected by illnesses like Hepatitis C and HIV. Our mission is to provide comprehensive outpatient health services, including both primary care and specialized HIV support, tailored medical case management in both clinic and community settings, and essential mental health services. We offer outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, including access to Suboxone® prescriptions, as well as medical nutritional therapy to support holistic health. Our food bank and home-delivered meals ensure that every client has access to nutritious food, while our additional services offer legal assistance, public transportation tokens, help with health insurance premiums, and emergency financial aid for medications. We believe that every individual deserves compassionate care and support as they navigate their health journey.
