Located in Kensington, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals affected by Hepatitis C and HIV. Our comprehensive services include outpatient ambulatory health care, specialized HIV care, and personalized medical case management both in-clinic and within the community. We prioritize mental health support and offer outpatient substance abuse treatment, including aid for opioid use disorder with Suboxone® prescriptions. Additionally, our program features medical nutritional therapy, access to a food bank, and home-delivered meals to ensure no one goes hungry. We also provide essential professional services such as legal assistance, transportation tokens for public transit, health insurance premium support, and emergency financial aid for medications.
