Our program offers support for both medical and non-medical expenses, addressing costs such as prescriptions, medical bills, durable medical equipment, home and vehicle modifications, as well as essential daily living expenses like food and utilities. We also assist with healthcare-related travel costs, ensuring families can access the care they need. Each family may receive up to $500 annually, with funding requests processed in the order they are received.
