The William H. Bennett Food Pantry serves the Laurel, MD community by addressing urgent nutritional needs across various demographics, including youth, seniors, ex-offenders, and families facing hardship. Our mission focuses on delivering essential food assistance and emergency food supplies to residents in the Metropolitan area, as well as those referred by local agencies such as the Prince George’s County Social Services Department. In addition to food distribution, we offer valuable resources on healthy eating, recipes, and community workshops to empower individuals and families to make informed decisions about their nutrition. To access our services, we ask that individuals and families pre-register for monthly food pick-ups, ensuring everyone receives the support they need in a timely and organized manner.
