About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Leonardtown, MD, offers compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program provides a nurturing environment through live virtual drop-in group meals, where participants can come together to consume nutritious meals while receiving essential support from trained nutrition practitioners. With four meal support sessions daily, including two designated for lunch and two for dinner, attendees can choose the times that best suit their schedules, allowing for flexible participation. Each session is led by dedicated professionals from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, working toward their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credentials. While our program focuses on meal support, we recognize the importance of addressing urgent needs; for immediate crisis support, please contact appropriate emergency services.
