Located in Leonardtown, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals affected by a range of conditions, including Hepatitis C and HIV. Our comprehensive approach includes outpatient ambulatory health services, specialized medical case management, and mental health care, all tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. We provide vital substance abuse treatment, including support for opioid use disorder and medical nutritional therapy with expert consultation. In addition to these services, we operate a food bank and offer home-delivered meals to ensure access to nutrition. Our program further addresses barriers to care with transportation assistance, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial aid for medications.
