The THRIVE Program in Lusby, MD is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals affected by HIV and Hepatitis C through comprehensive prevention, treatment, and management services. Our program offers vital outpatient ambulatory health services, including primary care and specialized HIV care, alongside essential medical case management and mental health support. We understand the challenges of substance use, which is why we provide outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder, including access to Suboxone® prescriptions. Recognizing the critical link between nutrition and health, we offer medical nutritional therapy and access to our food bank, which includes home-delivered meals for those in need. Additionally, we provide a range of supportive services, including legal assistance, transportation tokens for public transport, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial aid for medications.
