Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization located in Manchester, MD, committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence to reclaim their self-worth and identity through comprehensive counseling and training programs. Our free 3 Step program supports women and children in the Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland areas, offering crucial resources such as counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial management, computer classes, and a strong support network. Participants will engage in workshops that cover vital topics including the roots of domestic violence, the effects of abuse, and guidance for discovering God's plan for their lives. Additionally, our After Care Program addresses spiritual, emotional, and practical needs, providing life skills workshops and access to referral networks for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. With childcare options available, we serve up to 50 women and 15 children per quarterly session, ensuring that those desiring change have the support they need to thrive.
