Time to Fly is a compassionate, faith-based organization dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence in Middle River, MD, and surrounding areas. Our comprehensive program focuses on restoring self-worth and identity through a free, structured three-step approach designed for women and children from Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. We provide essential services such as counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial literacy, computer classes, and spiritual support. Our workshops address critical topics, including understanding the roots and effects of domestic violence, encouraging personal growth, and navigating available resources. Additionally, our After Care Program offers ongoing support to meet the spiritual, emotional, and practical needs of clients, including life-skills workshops and access to vital referral networks for housing, childcare, and employment assistance. Childcare is available, and we welcome up to 50 women and 15 children per quarterly session, fostering a warm community for those seeking change and healing.
