Cancer Transitions, located in Mount Airy, MD, is a compassionate and evidence-based program designed for cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. Focusing primarily on those who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, we understand that the journey of survivorship continues beyond this timeframe. Our program offers essential support elements such as nutritional guidance, tailored exercise plans, emotional health resources, and medical management education, all aimed at empowering survivors to thrive in their post-treatment lives.
