The THRIVE Program in Mount Airy, MD, is dedicated to preventing, treating, and managing a variety of illnesses, with a special focus on Hepatitis C and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). We offer comprehensive outpatient ambulatory health services, including primary and HIV specialty care, along with compassionate medical case management both in-clinic and in the community. Our program prioritizes mental health and provides outpatient substance abuse treatment for opioid use disorder, including Suboxone® prescriptions. We also support our clients with medical nutritional therapy, food bank services, and home-delivered meals to ensure proper nourishment. Additional services include legal assistance, transportation support, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial aid for medications.
