Time to Fly is a compassionate, faith-based organization located in North East, MD, dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence as they reclaim their identities and self-worth. We offer a free, structured 3 Step program designed specifically for women and children in the Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland areas. Our comprehensive services include counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial education, computer classes, and the creation of a strong support network. Through our workshops, participants explore crucial topics such as the roots of domestic violence, its devastating effects, and how to start discovering God’s plan for their lives. We also provide an After Care Program that addresses spiritual and emotional needs through life-skills workshops and access to essential resources like housing, childcare, and employment assistance. With childcare services included, our quarterly trainings accommodate up to 50 women and 15 children, ensuring that those seeking to change their lives receive the support they need.
