Our Family Support team is committed to providing accurate information and comprehensive assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a range of essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and guidance through the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
