Located in North East, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals affected by hepatitis C and HIV through a comprehensive range of services. Our mission encompasses the prevention, treatment, and management of these illnesses with a strong emphasis on outpatient ambulatory health services, including primary care and specialized HIV care. We offer essential medical case management, mental health support, and outpatient substance abuse treatment tailored for opioid use disorder, along with vital medical nutritional therapy. To address food insecurity, our food bank and home-delivered meals ensure that no one goes hungry. Additionally, we provide various professional services, including legal assistance, transportation tokens, and help with health insurance premiums, along with emergency financial support for medications.
